The first thing you need to do is go to REGISTRATION and get your badge which will give you access to all that AXPONA has to offer!

Your ticket includes access to the exhibits including listening rooms, the Exhibit Hall including the Record Fair, Ear Gear Experience as well as educational seminars, live music and special events.

Food Court in the Expo Hall 

• Beverages starting daily at 9:00 AM (coffee, assorted drinks, beer)
• Café starting daily at 10:30 AM (featuring sandwiches, wraps, salads)
• Carving Stations starting daily at 10:30 AM 

Gather Lounge

• Sunday 11:00 AM – 1:00 AM

Hotel Lobby Level 2

• Burritos & Bowls: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Grab & Go Beer and Wine Bar: Friday and Saturday from 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM

RENdevous Café
Open for breakfast and lunch. Grab and go snacks, salads, sandwiches.

Schaumburg Public House
SPH is an approachable urban brasserie featuring local beverage and food from northern mid-America. SPH’s inspiration comes from the cider mills and orchards of Michigan, creameries of Wisconsin, and the Illinois craft beer brewers along route 66. 

• Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM – Breakfast buffet 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM – Breakfast buffet 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Last seating for SPH food service up to 10:00 PM on Saturday.

The concerts are open to all AXPONA ticket holders and exhibitors. Stop by Registration between 3pm and 7pm to grab a pass and line up for the 8pm show.

Seminars are open to all AXPONA ticket holders, and there is plenty of seating. Check the schedule and plan to check out your favorites.

It’s a theater in the AXPONA Expo Hall. Talks will feature exhibitors, meet-ups, and special guests. Check out the schedule for more information.

Take the Express Elevator to floors 14, 15, and 16. Then use the stairs to navigate between floors.

AXPONA has public restrooms on floors 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 12 and 15. Look out for the signs on each floor.

If you purchased a Gold Pass, your badge includes access to the Gold Pass Lounge on the first floor in the Exploration Hall, where you can take a break, enjoy a beverage or check your coat. You also have access to the Gold Hospitality Suite on the 11th Floor. 

A brand new design for 2024! T-Shirts will be available for purchase at the Registration Desk every day from 12pm until the show closes. Crewneck sweatshirts and hats will also be for sale! 

During show hours you can visit with any of the exhibitors in the listening rooms. As long as you are visiting during show hours and you knock, the exhibitor will let you in.

IPAD OR IPHONE

1. Launch Safari app. *Please note that this does not work from the “Chrome” app.
2. Enter into the address field the URL of the website you want to create a shortcut to. Tap Go.
3. Tap on your browser that looks like a box with an arrow pointing up. This will open up a dropdown or you may need to scroll down.
4. Tap Add to Home Screen. The “Add to Home” dialog box will appear, with the icon that will be used for this website on the left side of the dialog box.
5. Enter the name for the shortcut using the on-screen keyboard and tap Add. Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPad’s desktop.

ANDROID

1. Launch the Chrome app. *Please note that this does not work from the device’s native web browser app.
2. Open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen.
3. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
